    like, idk what happened?? but i got an email saying that someone is trying to login on my microsoft account on 11 may, but i didn't see it because it got put into the spam folder. And when I tried to login into it again at 12 may, it said "that account doesn't exist." which is odd because i use that gmail a lot. And suddenly, it shows me the person's email i don't know. Like who the heck is "******@pietertuftmail.com" I don't know who that is? and how did they manage to get into my account. They changed EVERYTHING in my account, including email and password. When i tried creating a new account using my own email again (the one that microsoft said it doesn't "exist".) somehow, the account with the "******@pietertuftmail.com" pops up?? for some reason?? and thats when i realized they're using MY account. When i tried contacting the Microsoft recovery thingy, I gave EVERYTHING I know and used on that account (email, passwords, credit card details.) and they still said "Unfortunately, we have determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. We take the security and privacy of our customers very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information." Like, WHAT!? That's literally the thing i use on that account! What do you mean it's not enough?? I tried, SO many times already. And it still didn't work. Please i genuinely need help getting my account back! I also bought Minecraft in that account, and I can't login into it anymore because of the person who stole my account. Please help!

    log in to your Microsoft account locate all your purchases. then once you find it you should see a refund request. fill out all the information and you will receive an email saying that you have been refunded or reason's why you were not refunded.
