Someone got onto my account and changed my gamerscore and now I’ve received a permanent...

On October 22nd 2019. My account got hacked while I was on a family trip, they boosted my gamerscore. When I got back and saw what had happened, I immediately took action. I tried contacting Xbox support to have them take a look into the situation and prayed that they could even take action and reverse things but there was no luck. Whoever got my account credentials at the time and tampered with pretty much everything, the only thing they didn’t change was the password. My account wasn’t banned at the time but the damage was already done. I take pride within my gamerscore and when they boosted it, it destroyed me. I made a new account to start over and I’m doing good on it but I had all my games on the account that got tampered with. On April 19th 2022, almost 3 years later. My worst fear came true, I received a permanent ban for “user account tampering”. To be fair, I do understand where they are coming from because it was a tampered account since I got hacked and NO ONE COULD DO ANYTHING FOR THE TWO AND A HALF YEARS TRYING TO FIX THIS. But the enforcement team should have the resources to show and prove that i wasn’t the one that tampered with it and that I was clearly hacked without my control. And I thought that’s what would happen when I submitted my case review but they didn’t approve it WITH ZERO INFORMATION BEHIND WHY THEY DIDNT APPROVE IT. I believe my rights have been violated and that I feel like I’ve done so much to make things right and I get absolutely nothing but $2000+ of games and content robbed from me. I’m hopeless and gaming hasn’t been the same for me since. I can’t touch a controller without feeling anxiety, it’s so bad. Please help me
