Someone fasly reported my xbox live account and recieved a enforcment action

I have an enforcment actionput in place today. I was minding my own buissness In GTA Online, someone started to repeatidly kill me then send rude messages. Out of nowwhere i was disconnected from the session and recieved a message saying i
was banned from xbox communication and online gaming until august 13th 2018. i believe i was fasly reorted and i dont believe i deserve no XBOX LIVE for two weeks. This same situation has happened to me multiplwe times im a nice xbox live player i have been
with the xbox company since dec 2011. and i am not a rude or abusive member of the xbox one community and feel this is unjust. I just want to play xbox this summer and now i cant PLease help ASAP

I got an enforcment action for simply calling someone a retard in a sarcastic way and i guess i got reported even though said person called be an inbred **** and did not get any form of punishment as far as i know i just want this thing lifted so i can
talk to my friends

 

why wasnt my application accepted to be an Xbox Ambassador??

To be an Xbox Community Ambassador you need to be clean of any Xbox Live Policy and Enforcment Actions against your account up to 365 days. Otherwise your application is denied, but if you haven't had any enforcement action you can apply again. I hope

yes i went to file a case review but got there survey wrong so i have to wait 24 hours to re aplly which is unfair becuase how am i suppoessed to know half the questions on that survey

 

As a paying customer of microsoft and xbox this is unfair and unjust treatment of a cusromer, i didnt pay for 11 menths a two weeks of xbox live i paid for 12 so i dont exept to be banned for two weeks for absolutely nothing this is unfair

All the answers to any of the questions is in the code of conduct and can be found on the xbox enforcement teams website. Which you should read the code of conduct to know what you can and can not do and that would cause you to get a suspension.

U cant get a suspension for minding your own buissness so explain that, i dont message or interfere with other people in games, so what did i do thats worth a suspension
