Someone dolr my xbox one and i cant speak to anyone about it

We suggest signing into the Microsoft Account that is linked to the console and under Security it will have a tab called

I was up most of the night trying to speak with someone but cant seem to get thru to anyone...

Cant sign into x box live on my 360. Says my account doesnt exist, but it was ok yesterday. Anyone know whats going on. Will I need to speak to someone.

im going through this issues, but during games, i cant hear anyone, they cant hear me, i can see my icon saying that i am speaking, but no reply from anyone, and still cant hear anyone.
