Someone claiming to be a modder and stating that I will no longer be able to connect to ...

I have just been playing Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 and I sent a message jokingly to a player using a gun that requires very little skill, it was not an offensive message in any way however he later invited me to a party and used extremely
foul language along with claims that I will no longer be able to connect to xbox online services with my main account within 24 hours. In addition he claimed to have a second account that was modded, a chipped xbox 360 however later denied any mention of
them and stated that they were not his fault? He also claimed that simply talking about an IP scrambler was illegal by British laws. This was after he claimed to be capable of tracking my location and threatening to burn my house down while my family and I
slept. Although I am doubtful that he is capable or will do such a thing, it is worrying that there is the slight possibility. He also claimed he had been monitoring me for reasons that I need not worry about and had full access to information on every account
and electronic internet enabled device that both my family and I own. I do not believe that xbox can record and store conversation for legal reasons however, if required, I do have a recording from my Elgato of a partial part of our rather disturbing conversation.
At the time it was amusing to my friend and I as he was quite loud and the threats he was making were extreme considering it was over a game however I am now slightly worried considering what is possible with technology these days. His gamertag is Addidas
Gaze11e. I would be greatly appreciated if someone could help in the matter of at least removing him from communication as so he cannot make any such further threats.

xbox live error

Hi, today there was a service alert which went out stating that some XBOX LIVE users will not be able to connect.

Please continue to check the service status page and continue to have some patience until this matter has be fixed.

netflix claiming to be a game?

and netlfix claims its on xbox side as there is no error code referring to netflix or it telling me to go to netflix support. i believe and they believe that it might be because i am using a first generation 360... my xbox has been running like a champ since
the first year the 360 came out.

 

If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him from further abuse.
