Someone bust in my Xbox account and spend my money

Ok so I recently discovered that someone Arabic language related person had gotten into my account and bought a gold member ship and a game which I didn’t purchased at all! I manage to get approval of getting refund of a game but not the gold membership which I’m generally mad. I also recently set up new password and all but is there still hope to get my money back from gold membership that recently purchased just yesterday?

Its a is a gift sent to the person’s email but it is also sent to my email of what I bought so I should email my bank for that then?

Sorry to hear that buddy, the gold membership was activated in your account? or was a redeemable code that the unauthorized person sends to another email address?

If it was the first option and your refund request gets denied you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

If it was the second, the best option will be contact your bank and ask them to delete this charge from your account and explain them the situation
