Someone break into my account! I guess...

I am not sure what happened. First when I saw the Xbox Live message I was suprised because I dont have Gold membership then I used the link in my mail to find out what the issue.

I own a few games and this week I am going to purchase some with black friday deals hopefully. I changed my password, but I fear if this happen again I lose all my games.

Can anyone change my game picture without knowing my password?

Also I dont know if I am suspended or not, where can I see that?

update your security information. As this is not a common issue. You can check on the
enforcement site, to see how long the suspension is for.

In addition to changing you password and security details, take a look at this look to remove any consoles that can remember the password for a account, this should only be your console.

I guess I'll try that tomorrow (its getting late).

I haven't modded my xbox or even taken the faceplate off, but I REALLY don't want to send it in for a month and risk getting someone else's xbox back. My xbox has the family pack XBL gold leader on it, and it would be REALLY bad if someone else got my xbox,
and then recovered the 3 other accounts, too.

If this thing breaks, I'm pretty sure I'm done with xbox.
