    Someone botted my Xbox followers and I got permanent banned


    I’ve spent thousands of hours and dollars on that account it’s been my Xbox account since I was around 6 years old it holds a lot of sentimental value to me they denied my ban appeal I just need help

    No. You only get 1 chance to submit an appeal.

    Again, no. Submitting an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you had your console set as your Home, you'll still be able to access the games if you create a new account.

    An appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They are the only ones who handle bans.

    Is there anyway to like speak to a person about it it’s a wrongful ban I have zero strikes on my account and only been chat banned like twice for stupid stuff
