Somebody using an Aimbot on Black Ops... Really?

Surely this is console tampering?

Well, it started off as a normal game on Pod. As usual running around with my MSMC I spotted a person who had 7 kills within the first minute of so. Okay, I thought, maybe he's just good. No... That wasn't the case. Upon the final '360' Killcam, he found
his mark. However, after he killed the final person, he span 180 degrees and locked the next person directly into the middle of his crosshairs.

I went to the Theatre to find out more.

Upon watching the theatre, I noticed his camera quickly snapping in and out of people walking by (and even walking behind walls).

This was definitely not a normal sniper, a silver account with No gamerscore AND a quick snap sniper? Master Prestige? No... I think not.

So tell me, Xbox, what can and what WILL you do about this? Filing complaints never works as I file them against these people and still get put into lobbies with them days/weeks later... I bought an Xbox to play games, not spawn and die at the hands of pathetic
people who need to cheat to win...

I can only speak for Black Ops, and Black Ops is aimbot free on Xbox LIVE.

 

Black ops clan was using aimbot.

I didn't know until the final killcam where a guys crosshairs were off and he quickscoped me 10 feet off me. That's when I realized it, but it was too late.

Not only Xbox but Treyarch as well, they say report them like they're going to do something about it. WTF!!!
