    Somebody knows how I can fix this problem?


    Hi, I bought the game pass for pc and downloaded forza horizon 5 but when I get into it I don't get my regular account but a new one started and I want my account back!! Can you help me in this? I think this happened because I had a different account and so it started a new account but when I started the new account I didn't get the new account.

    You mean the progress from the new account overwrote and replaced the progress you are trying to recover that is from the old account?

    If so, unfortunately the progress can not be recovered, in this link published by the game support you can see all the information about it.

    Yep, that seems to be the case with this one as it's showing "20% off with your Xbox Game Pass membership" when looking at it from the Xbox app

    Does this mean that the issue will never be resolved? Isn't there somebody on that end that knows how to fix this? It seems like a really common problem.
