Somebody has access to my games

So i gave someone access to my games a while back by letting them log onto my account with out using the password then i changed it to be safe but they still have access to my games but i cant do anything about it .

To add to what's already been said dont share your account anymore.

Doing so is against the rules/is a bannable offense.

What has probably happened, is they have made the Xbox the Home Xbox using your account. If you have any more Home switches left, then all you have to do is make your console the Home Xbox, and that will stop access to your games on their console. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox

Is there no email of a higher up I could contact about it, or somebody that has any kind of access to it?

Ask your friend to change his password to sign out his account on every device, I would also recommend setting up two-step verification. You can manage this by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/security.

You can't remove it from their console without physically signing out from the console. If you haven't already, change your password.

Also keep in mind that it's against the code of conduct/terms of service to share account information with any one else. So you're putting yourself and him at risk for being banned.
