Somebody hacked my account.

Early this morning I got a email saying my account email was changed to :*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I never made this change. When I log onto my xbox one, every looks fine, until I see the email in the top 3 corner on my home page. it says :*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. So the first thing I do is, I open one of the games I play, ufc 4. I go to play online and it says unable to connect to online services. Then I try fortnite and it says the same thing. Second thing I do is I contact microsoft to help me recover my account. They walked me through a few steps and told me to submit a form to prove I am the owner of the account. I filled everything out correctly. Then they email me back a few hours later saying that can’t prove i’m the owner of my account. Then somebody else told me to change the email myself. But I can’t do that because I don’t have access to the email that somebody changed on my account.

Please help me get my account back.

The best thing for you to do is contact the official support group and do it as fast as possible...and put a stop to your card before some serious damage is done.

If you're in NA, call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and select accounts and billing.

You can also click the support tab on the top right of the green banner on this website, select Billing and Subscriptions and select a way to contact them.

I'm sorry to hear that someone stole your account. I know how frustrating it can be when this happens. Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (You mentioned that you have already tried it but believe me when I tell you that it is the only solution you have to recover the account), I have also been through this situation and I can give you some recommendations:

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:
