    Some Video Apps Having Issues (not outage related)


    A few days ago I noticed that Vudu was acting up and would either take me directly to a black screen after the initial connecting screen or would flash up a grey banner on a black screen then drop the grey banner.

    I played around with it a bit and found out if I pressed Y twice it would bring the proper VUDU UI up on screen, but it shows me as signed out, and all attempts to sign in fail.

    When I tried to file a report with tracing it would never complete.

    Today while browsing YouTube I tried to load up a video and the YouTube UI became unresponsive, but not frozen. After about a minute the UI became responsive again and loaded the video.

    I pressed B to go back to the YouTube home screen and it showed me as signed out.

    I attempted to sign back in, but all attempts fail.

    I've checked via logging in on other devices and they're working just fine.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps multiple times. I've done the hard reboot.

    The only thing I haven't done is a system reset.

    Any ideas?

    Hey Madam Kat! I'm not quite sure Jesuswall14's issue is related to the outage as his issue began yesterday, pre-outage! Thanks for your input and willingness to help though!

    Anyone knows when the problems about xbox live will be fixed?? It is almost a week that i can't play and use app that need Live Gold.
    Not aware of any week long outage issues with Xbox live. What specifically is the issue you are having? Is it something related to a specific game, console, or store?

    Exclamation Marks on games

    It's likely related to the current outages, as they are related to the Store and subscriptions. Hopefully when those outages are fixed, your issue will resolve itself.

    If the digital game with the exclamation mark on it is a Game Pass game, it could be that it's no longer part of the service.

    Games not working, status page says all games are ok.

    All effected of the service outage include: Purchase and Content Usage , TV, Music and Video, and My games & apps
