    I was trying to play grounded co-op in the beta test, my party didn’t have any issues but I was unable to find the grounded test option (This did happen a while ago, before the recent grounded update came out)

    As I stated in my original post, I am a subscribed member and for some reason I am being charged for the free game this month. I am not on a free trial, my account is paid until September just as it shows on my account page.

    Hello, If you have previously connected to a trial version of xbox live gold with your account it will not let you do so again. Make sure you are in fact able to get your trial version of xbox live gold to work, you should see it redeemed under your subscriptions
    in your my games and apps page of your xbox one. Logging off of your account and logging back in also sometimes helps when my account gets stuck and is unable to read that I am connected to Xbox live.

    Can not use Money in my Microsoft Account.

    I have exams coming up so need to focus as you will understand. Therefore I only want a 1 month gold trial for my account so I can start to revise more when time nears. I have money on my xbox live account yet I am unable to use it to pay for this one month
    trial. I am unable to select it as an option to pay by when checking out and instead I am forced to choose pay monthly contracts, which I do not like. I hope this a glitch you are going to fix because I would be disgusted if this is your way of trying to rip
    people off. I hope I am wrong and that we can resolve this matter. It happens to others too so should be sorted.

    I am unable to see anything when I go into the Xbox support system.

    There is nothing there. There's my account. There's my oldest account. And there's my youngest account. There's no strikes against any three of these accounts.
