Some sort of refund for a game

bought watch dogs 2 because the first one was really good but im really not liking the 2nd one at all and i was wondering if any of yall know about getting some sort of refund for it. not expecting full but something.

I was assured by the chat rep that I would get a refund for my faulty game or some sort of compensation for my issues.

My nephew was playin on my account, and bought a game without permission, is there any way i can get some sort of a refund of points???

We've all been here before, wishing that we had not bought a certain game or DLC...

As general policy, Microsoft does not refund games or content. If you bought the game on a disc from a retail store then you would have to review that store's return policies.

Unfortunately, I know of no work around or policy language that would entitle you to any type of refund.

What? I guess you have never contacted support to inquire about a refund... They don't "look at eligibility" - they tell you "No." I've been a customer of Xbox for 10 years and not once, under any circumstance, has Xbox ever refunded a downloaded purchase
to me or my crew.... I would like the secret phone number you have for these refund people
