Thank you for your reply, here are steps on how to clear cache and reset Microsoft Store in Windows 10:

    1. Close Windows Store app, if it’s running.

    2. In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.

    3. Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option. Click Yes button when you see the User Account Confirmation box.

NOTE: If the WSReset utility is not appearing in the search result, you can launch the same from the System32 folder (Windows\System32). To open WSReset tool from System32 folder, please navigate to the drive where Windows 10 is installed (usually “C”),
open up Windows folder, and open up System32 folder. Here, you can find WSReset.exe file. Right-click on it and then click Run as administrator option.

    4. The Store app should now automatically launch along with the Command Prompt. The Command Prompt window will automatically disappear after a couple of seconds.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards.

How do I make my child the adminstrator on his laptop in Microsoft Family?

Thank you for contact us! I'm Anderson, an Independent Consultant and a Microsoft user like you.

    Good evening

Family Organizer Account: Ensure that you are logged in with the Microsoft account that serves as the Family Organizer. Only the Family Organizer has the authority to manage family settings.

Family Safety Website: Visit the Microsoft Family Safety website (https://account.microsoft.com/family/) and sign in with your Family Organizer account.

Account Management: Locate your child's account within the family group and click on it. Look for options related to account management or permissions.

Admin Privileges: Review the settings and permissions assigned to your child's account. There might be an option to grant administrative privileges or elevate their account to the administrator level.

    Viewing Parent Of Child Account

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Your account can be removed using the organizer's account, they are also the ones that can manage your settings for you.

If you're still a minor you need to ask the organizer/adult to manage it for you. They can do so by signing in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

For you to check who is the organizer, simply sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family.

My dad is getting some of my microsoft emails. How do I remove that email because he is soon going to lose access to it.

    Hello grant tyler,

    Greetings!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Based on the description, your purchase has been managed by your parent or organizer under Xbox Family Setting app allowing the notification send to the email account of the organizer. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.

The reason why an email is sent to the organizer's Microsoft account it is because your purchase is managed by your parent under Xbox Family Settings app. This is how it was setup by the organizer of Xbox Family Settings app. It is only the parent and organizer can make any changes on the account settings. By default, a child account is set to require an adult's approval before a child can make a purchase through their account. See the link below:

We look forward to your response. Kindly let us know, if there is any misunderstanding or clarifications of our description by sending us a reply.

    Sincerely,
