Some one logged into my ps4 account, now I cant sign them out to log into mine

In order to secure your account and have all the users logged out on your account, you will need to sign in to account.microsoft.com > then go to Your Info > manage how you sign in

From there, change your account password. By doing so, all the users that were using your account will be logged out from their devices.

Same here i log on to my account get update, get signed out and get error and now cant even sign back into xbox live

Have you added her to your family account? You can do that and make your console you Home Console. This will allow them to share your Live Gold.

That's how I have mine setup and the kids can access multiplayer just fine for Fortnite

Are they sharing one xbox? We have both accounts logged on one console and we have the family thing set up. I can play other multiplayer games online, but it will not allow me to log into fortnite. Even with her signed out of xbl and my account logged in,
it brings up her fortnite account already logged in. We cant log hers out without unlinking.

I ha e never been asked to log into minecraft as its on the ps4. The remote connect login page doesn't show any gamer tag. Only asks you for your Microsoft login details. Email and password. I've downloaded the xbox app and logged in with the same details
to check and it's the correct account for when I had an xbox. But when using the same details on the remote connect for ps4 minecraft, it's logging me in with a completely different gamer tag and gamer tag picture.

To add to the issue I've logged out of that account on minecraft on the ps4 and tried again using remote connect on the laptop (to see if there's some issue with logging on with my phone) and after entering my email address and password, the ps4 minecraft
says that it will not log in with these details as I've already logged in with the gamer tag I don't recognise. It let's you sign out but it says I can only use that a account.
