Sorry to hear about the situation your having. It is a common issue a lot are having this issue. We recommend trying to change the settings on https://account.microsoft.com/ also
on https://www.xbox.com/ when on xbox.com and your signed in, click on your picture in top right go to Xbox settings, then select privacy and online safety.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. I would advise taking a look at the

Xbox One online safety and privacy settings for parents and children. Take a look through your Online safety and privacy settings and make sure that all is set to "allow" or " Everybody" this way we know there is no permissions that are preventing you from
accessing some features in the game.
