some on mest up i got hold of my.com for support fro help with a new free game on xbox one live

my.com and armored warfare suuport did not know the game was on xbox one been talking to them for few days i told them it was for xbox one and they thought i was acking about a pc or mac or desttop or labtop i have around 15 from me to them and 14 from
them to me they did not know the game was on xbox one live by what i was reading the game was made in the unite states and the news feeds are in french and the offiicl club is french as well ween it was made in the usa by amarcans been talking to them for
3 days and they did not under stand it was xbox one i was acking support help for the game tell tonight im not sure what is going on but i know they did not know it was on xbox one . i have 24 screen shots told from them and me going back 3 days .

older xbox 360 not playing newer games...

I had the exact same issue with my old 20gb model. Talked to xbox online and that was no help. From what i understand its a problem with the old falcon chipsets and the format change for newer games not liking each other.

Called xbox support and got the most excellent service associate who kept me on hold for 45 min arguing with his supervisor and ended up replacing my console for free and got 1 month of live for free.

My console is in texas now with a "repair in progress" status. The email i got said they wouldnt try to repair just send me a newer old xbox with a jasper chipset in it.

Since the game just came out, I'd say it's most likely an issue with the game and not on your end especially since you are not having issues with other games. Unfortunaly, new games sometimes have server issues until they get everything ironed out. Hopefully, it
will be worked out soon, but you should contact them again if it doesn't start working properly.

 

From what I can gather, it sounds like you are having server issues. This is common with new games that just come out and is on the dev side. I would hit up their official forums or social.

 

sent this in and few other showing them it on xbox one i get this after every battle on armored warfare i was trying to get help on this . there support did not know it was on xbox one live some one did not tell them my.com owns armored warfare and runs
the support for this game and few others they own .

 

sorry about any miss spelling im 28 years old i was told i was dissabled ween i was 6 years old at the time i was boldey alot in school show i was all ways getting in to fights with more then one person at a time and never cared to do well in school in
unites states GA or FL or PA . ohio bolleying is not allowed there in small towns banisment from the towns up there your faimly gets kick't if your races or boleying too many times it was the 1st time i every leaned any thing that was ween i was 16 years old

there tell i told them 8/10/2018 . i test the game on pc show i know were to get support help from i signed up for there closed alpha and beta . you had to sign up and write why you want to be in here and agery to not talk about the game tell it came out i
was one the testers that got in and help fined bugs alot of my friends were all show testers for this game .

 

every tester has a emblem showing they were a tester and yes i have a few .
