Some of the games I have bought are gone and I don’t know how to get them back

So some games i have bougjt digitally no longer pop up in my “games and apps” which is obviously concerning, and example of this is prototype 2 which is downloaded and playable on my xbox one but still does not show up in my full libary, how do i fix this.
When i go to the store i can downlod these games but i cannot remember all my games so i may be missing games that i will never get back if i cannot fix this problem

hi Alfred, do me a favor and check the profile you have there if its the correct one, also is that profile is banned, one last thing. also which xbox you have there? try a quick one for me and log off and on again and restart the console

They don’t have my information they have some token or XUID of my account and is making a group post from my account I don’t know how to stop them

Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

Then, please, power cycle your console.

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Afterwards, check your game library again.
