Some of my xbox 360 games got erased!

Hello to anyone who reads this....awhile ago i had this glitch that affected my xbox 360's hard drive but has since been fixed. After I got it fixed i had to re download my games and stuff from the download history, problem is that most of the items
i got form the avatar store or the game stroe was either not able to re download or bacame the demo version. So if anyone can help me that would be much appreciated. Thanks

xbox 360 hard drive problem

Hi, i really hope i can get some help here, i just got the xbox 360 S and after i transferred some of my data to the xbox 360 S I accidentally erased my old hard drive and now it's not being recognized and can't be used. Now my questions is, how can i recover
my old Hard Drive?

Xbox 360 updated and erased the entire xbox data. I downloaded my profile again and some of my game data was gone

Any ideas on what to do? Or is it lost forever??? Please help!!

 

Sorry to hear it. If items can no longer be redownloaded then they have been removed from the system. If there are games that you're attempting to download that are only showing as demo then perhaps they weren't originally purchased with your gamertag.

Just to be sure you're accessing your download history on the console in the following way from the dashboard: System>Accounts>Download History

 

You'll Need to do a license transfer, then go to download history and download the content again. Go to 'System's > 'Accounts' > 'Download History' to find previous content.
