Some of my games keep crashing and freezing.

I tried factory reset, different accounts and even uninstalling the game but nothing. It gets really annoying when I freeze in a ranked and get a penalty or ban.

This only happens with some of my games, like Minecraft or gears of war is cool but stuff like deep rock galactic I can't even get into anymore, I had a 7 hour session no problem once but now I can't even enter it and if I do I freeze at random.

I know I'm not banned and my game isn't corrupted cause this happens with some of my new games, I just finished installing coffee talk and chivalry but chivalry I can't even get into to play but coffee talk is fine.

I've even got my Xbox fixed in the past, a few times actually but this problem keeps coming up.

The only relation between the games is that I got them all on gamepass so no disks

At the moment I've just chalked it down to my Xbox is old and I need a new one but I refuse to believe that Xbox has a lifespan of 6-7 years.

I am sorry to know about what happened. Let's see what we can do about this matter.

Have you tried to connect your console to a different network connection or ISP? You could use your mobile hotspot if possible. In some cases, a network could cause a game issue or freezing/lag.

Also, try to directly plug in your console to a wall outlet or different wall outlet (do not use any surge protector).

You may as well try re-syncing your cloud saves.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.
After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:
Press and hold the Xbox button in the centre of your controller.
Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

fortnite keeps freezing and crashing

No joke i m saying don't worry about the freezing because it won't harm anything at all. I've dealt with freezing games since launch, some games are more prone to freeze then others. Some make the horrendous buzzing noise then crash to dashboard while some
just crash to dashboard. Then others will freeze system and all u have to do is unplug from power supply. Either way I've dealt with it all hundreds of times if not more and not once has any hurt my console one bit.
