Some of my games don't count played time

As I said, some of my games, including Assassin's Creed: Unity and BioShock Infinite: The Complete Edition, don't count my in-game time. They count other stats like kills or missions completed, but time is stuck at 0. I already tried logging off and turning off my console.

Hello Snowman12120, try to remove games from quick resume and follow the procedures below.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Depends on the game but for the most part if leader boards don't count game time played and save files do not show approximate game time played there is no way to know.

Ok I tryed a different thing hitting the top of the console while the disk was going in note not to hard or soft just right and the disk started spinning and installing

Hi Food, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
