    Some of my achievements vanished


    I saw today that my gamerscore just lowered from 75K to 50K for no reason, some games that I already had some achievements just zeroed. Anyone had this same problem?

    All my X1 achievements have gone from my gamerscore

    I've had the same issue.Today all my achievement scores from my xbox one games have vanished,the achievements are there but each game shows score as zero_Only xbox one games affected!!!!

    It's a glitch & the recent update has made it worse by the looks of it with more people having the issue since the update.

    It will correct itself.Usually it should take up to 48 hours but since the update it's been taking longer to fix itself.

    Happened to me & mine took 6 days to correct itself.

    Sorry to hear about the gamerscore issue.

    Could you try deleting and re-downloading your Xbox Live account on your Xbox console?
