Some Microsoft store app suggestions

On which apps you try it? Because I'm suggesting you do it on some that you probably hasn't consider

But you can asl reinstall the games that has this issues, and log out the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app, restart the device and be sure the account that has the suscription its logged on the Microsoft store app

Unfortunately neither of those suggestions were successful. I also tried disabling all Xbox related services and enabling them. Uninstalling the Xbox and Microsoft store app. Signing in and out of the store and Xbox apps with the correct Microsoft account.

Are there any other suggestions?

Thanks for clarifying! Definitely give xrem's suggestion a shot to see if that helps. Be sure to search for Sea of Thieves in the Microsoft Store app to install. Ensure that you are signed into the Microsoft Store app with the account that owns the Game
Pass. Keep us posted!

Thanks for the reply. The link you provided does not list the Xbox App as an app I’m able to report a problem on, for whatever reason. Also, Apple Support suggests contacting the developer of the app via the App Store, which led me here in the first place.

I’ve sent an email to Apple and I’m awaiting a response. This is not the only problem with the Xbox App on iOS. I haven’t been able to purchase games via the Microsoft Store for quite some time. Only way to do it from my phone is via the Microsoft’s website.
