Some Kinect voice commands not working in Netflix

I am also having the same issue and have tried the same troubleshooting as everyone else. Has anyone tried a factory reset?

 

I consider factory reset as the nuclear option and I'm not ready to push the red button yet. Since this problem only seems to manifest itself in Netflix I have my doubts that a factory reset would work. I'm willing to wait a bit since it appears they are
aware of the issue and are investigating.

I posted last week that this was happening to me. I am not much of a "forum" person. Is this meant to cause anyone at either Xbox or Netflix to care? Or is it just for me to vent, not sure if I should bother checking my message if it is just for me to say
"me too"

 

+1 for this issue and hoping for a fix soon. This was great for watching while I exercise, something that's not very controller friendly. Mainly saying me too though so I have a way to track this thread.

You dont need a new update if it was working with the old one. Just go back to the old revision. Obviously microsoft and netflix have no inclination to actually fix the problem in a timely fashion otherwise it would be done already

 

this is also happening to me, i tried to select a profile and it heard me say the command but wouldn't select it.

 

Still not getting to view my Netflix. Should we call and flood them with complaints as well?

 

Tried it last night and found that it was working again! Hope the fix is permanent.

 

wow it took a month to fix a problem that only shouldve taken a day. this is ridiculous. You need to fire your programmer if it takes this long to fix a problem. I work in electronics and the updates the engineers I have worked with push through only
take them a few hours to fix. It takes yours a month?

That is ridiculous and a clear sign of incompetence. You need to compensate everyone with free months of xbox live if your not going to take errors that your teams create seriously and fix them in a timely manner
