Some installed games have a phantom second version

When viewing my installed games, some games have two versions.

Both Jetpac Refuelled and PNEUMA Breath of Life have phantom doubles. One of them is the regular game tile where you can launch the game, manage the game etc. The second tile is a black tile with the name of the game on it and the only options are "Install
game" and "Hide from List" - neither of which actually do anything.

Any ideas what's going on?

Minecraft game problems

I got my son the minecraft game using my credit card on my account on his Xbox. When I bought a second Xbox my son downloaded his profile but the Minecraft game shows to be a trial version. I have deleted it from his profile and re-installed it but it remains
listed as a trial version. Why does his profile show to have the full version on one Xbox, but a trial version on the second Xbox? It shows as a full version on my profile on both consoles.

one of 2 possibilities, one, you may not have a correct hard drive to play the game. 360 will only play a old game if you have a MS brand hard drive installed, 3rd party ones will not let you play them. second I heard that SOME of the Platinum versions
of some xbox games do not work on the 360, but that one is just what I have heard from other people, and is not confirmed at all, good luck.

Do you have rare replay? And did you own jetpqc on 360??

If so it's because one copy is rare replay and the other is from one you owned the game before

Update:

I managed it now and I also know what went wrong.

After installing the disc, the game demands an upgrade (it won't start without it), which starts the download of the dlc.

The dlc includes Phantom Liberty AND the base game, but without the licence (which is in my case on the disc).

Upon upgrading, it not just installs the dlc, but also the dead base game again. If this process is completed, it is not possible to delete only one of the now twice existing games, because the system can't differ between them.

That's the reason I couldn't start it before. I was always asked, if I own the game, yet it was already in my XSX.

Last time I canceled the download of the second game (63GB) and let only the 10 MB dlc install. This worked.

I just hope that Phantom Liberty is actually on the system now and I will be able to play it, as soon it is officially open to play in September.

Is there any way to check this, like game version or so?

Or will this change when the add on is at last playable?

You've downloaded the Borderlands DLC from a disc? You mean from the
Borderlands: Game of The Year Edition? Some copies have a second disc which you CAN install the content from there.

How did you install it by chance? What version of the game did you get?

On Xbox One, The Phantom Pain will run at 900p resolution —
with 1080p output — and 60 frames per second.

The Xbox 360 version will be upscaled to 720p resolution and
run at 30 frames per second

From the OP of the Known Experience Concerns thread;

Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds: The recently released DLC 'Frau Pack' and 'BGM Pack' currently does not appear in the 'Ready to install' list on Xbox One. The appropriate team is aware and currently working to get this up for the Backward Compatible
version on Xbox One asap!

It's coming. Just give 'em some time to iron out whatever bugs are stopping it from having already happened.
