    My account has been hacked and I need to speak to customer support

    How do I get a hold of a live person in customer support regarding my account being hacked. Someone hacked to my microsoft account and its very important things like i bought Many games on this account minecraft, rayman legends and many more and progess in games and my email i have my old account in friend i have his name that he changed he changed Everything! Like email i message him and he didn't Responded me and i see him online pls give back my account i really need him if its Impossible Then At Least i want to refund all things that i bought ever in this account. This is very frustrating and stressful to say the least. Pls reply to my message

    I’m sorry to say this but it is not possible. You will have to purchase Minecraft PC Bundle for you to play on PC. Minecraft is sold and licensed separately on each platform.

    Thanks for the reply, and I understand that people signup for phishing scams. I however, did not. MY account was hacked plain and simple. Microsoft support let me know that my account was indeed hacked as well. Please read before you post.
