Some games that I own are missing from My Library on the Xbox app

Thanks for the reply! I only have one account so that's not a problem, and being Play Anywhere games I can see them in my Library on console just fine, so I definitely own them. I remember the console used to have a lot of these issues too actually,

Hey. There's four that I've counted. Gods Remastered, Voodoo Vince Remastered, Sniper Elite V2 Remastered and Sturmfront The Mutant War Ubel Edition aren't in My Library on the App.

This can be a bit dumb, but please make sure that you're signed in with the account that owns the games on both Microsoft store and Xbox app

If that's the case, please double check if the missing games appears in your Microsoft account order history with status completed

Hello KvasCP, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game.

My apologies that the game is missing from the store. Xbox has not given any information on what's going on with the missing titles but searching online I have found some Reddit threads where people are saying they've seen in the Discord channel that it's being worked on.

For now, if you own the game you should be able to still download it by going to My Games & Apps then Full Library to find the title you want to install.
