Some games that I didn't buy are appearing in my Queue to download in my Xbox One

Hi,

I had bought a Xbox Classic game (SSX 3) to my account, i didn't have issues during this purchase. Now, When I was trying to connect to internet to download this game, some games that I didn't bought are appearing in my account to download, like Forza Horizon
4, Halo Master Chief Collection etc. I'm not a Game Pass subscriber, I have only the Live gold signiture. Besides that, the game that I bought (SSX 3) is not appearing in my queue. I have checked my purchase's history to verify if would have the possibility
that someone had access to my account to bought these games, but I didn't find anything suspect. There are no history of these purchases in my credit card purchases. I have noticed that Live services are unstable during this week.Could you help me?

Update: Are you saying that Microsoft can charge 49.95 for both skyrim xbox 360 and xbox one yet if I buy the xbox 360 version there is no hope in it appearing in my xbox one download queue?

I've clicked "purchase" on the website but it's not appearing on the download queue on my Xbox One. Is there anything else I need to do?

 

That's usually the sign that someone else has your console set as their Home console. You would download anything they purchase.

 

If you gameshare then this would happen or if someone has access to your accout. Double check the store and install the game from there

 

This would show that someone has set your profile as there home xbox so you now have all of their games. as for them downloading this is because you have your xbox set to download while offline. the other thing is if you put someone's profile as your home
xbox then u will also have all there games. I hope this helps

 

But I don't share my profile with anyone, and I never logged on with my profile in other xbox. The weirdest thing here is there are not improper billing in my credit card history and there are not on history of this purchases in my microsoft purchases history.

 

Someone else would have been signed into your console at some point and set the console as their Home. It would not have involved your account at all or you signing into anyone else's console.
