Some game pass games open game window but never make it pass initial window.

I have 3 different games on game pass that when i try to load them up they load a window with the title card and in the lower right corner it says signing in but never make it pass this window. I dont get an error code i simply never make it pass this window. the 3 games are valheim, no mans sky, and high on life.

this is on pc

i made sure i was signed in

did the date and time thing

updated windows

reset and repaired multiple apps

the phone support guy said i needed to buy the games. ( game pass is purchased and up to date)

To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

May we confirm if these three games were installed through Xbox app? or was it installed through Microsoft Store?
What are the two games you are having issues with?
Are we running antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer in your PC?
Are we part of Xbox Insider or PC Insider?
Is the Microsoft Store and Xbox app signed in to same credentials?

Minecraft for Windows 10 has never been part of Game Pass Ultimate/Game Pass for PC. Minecraft has only been available on the console through Game Pass.

For you use the Game Pass on PC with Windows 10, try this steeps:

1 Open the Xbox(beta) App [the Game Pass run for this App and then;

2 Try run the Game

To install games from Xbox Game Pass, you must have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC plan.

If you want to install games from the Xbox Game Pass catalogue and you are not able to, make sure your Xbox Game Pass subscription is active: Check your status
