    some errors


    Hi,

    after installation of Jigsaw
    under Windows 8.1, the xbox-login
    is ok.

    in classic-mode no
    collections are loaded.
    (charging) and nothing happens.

    It will be switched to the "desktop"
    and the game will start next leg
    reinitialized.

    Daily Challanges the same. "Loading"
    and then nothing.

    Other MS Games (eg
    Mahjong, Minesweeper) function properly. A fresh Installation doesn't work.

    Do you have a solution for this?

    No not at all, I cannot connect to XBL at all, I am not sure what is happening, I know my internet is working fine and ive never had issues with this console but since the most recent update my xbox wouldnt download/install it properly and i havent been
    able get online at all its quite lame.

    Have you made sure to check some of the solutions provided in our FAQ, such as manually checking for Windows updates?

    Hello, I am an IT expert. the system is up to date. all updates are made​​.

    the virus scanner and firewall are disabled. the event log is empty. No events are logged. The laptop is connected wireless to the internet. On start the XBox account and score will be loaded correctly.

    The daily challenges are not loaded. There is also no activity listed on the network routers.

    In the office the game under the same account running smoothly.

    I no longer looking on.

  6. I'm sorry to hear that you lost interest in playing the game due to the issues that you experienced. Should you still be playing, can you please let me know if the issue persists? I am not aware of any widespread issues concerning Daily Challenges not loading.

    hello,

    sorry, but last time i'm busy

    I have eliminated the problem. I deleted my local user account and add one.

    associated with my microsoft id. then the game worked correctly.

    the error must be in the local user Profile.

    game ist fantasic und brig us a lot of fun.

    sorry for my terrible english.

    I'm glad you were able to resolve the issue.

    Thanks for telling us how you were able to fix it. From what I understand, however, this deleted all your progress. Is this correct?

    We are currently investigating an issue with Daily Challenges that affects other games as well. Once we have found a fix, using another account should not be necessary.
