    Some controller buttons don't work on Cloud Gaming on Android


    After updating my Xbox One controller to the beta firmware described here the analog and directional buttons don't work while playing a game on the Xbox Game Pass app for Android. The strange thing is that these buttons do work when I'm navigating around the app, but when I launch a game, they don't work.

    P.S.: English is not my main language, sorry about any mistakes

    If you're using a web browser to play cloud games, the Xbox Wireless Controller is currently the only officially supported controller. Other controllers may or may not work for cloud gaming in a browser.

    How is the MOGA XP5 XPlus the official Xbox cloud gaming controller when it doesn't work on my Xbox Series S? Which is an Official Cloud gaming Xbox?

    Hi Eddie. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Believe me, if I were on your situation, I would feel the same way.

    Unfortunately, the MOGA XP5-X Plus is a bluetooth controller for mobile & cloud gaming for Android/PC only that works on bluetooth or USB connection. It doesn't really work on Xbox consoles for cloud gaming.

    Have you tried playing cloud gaming on PC or Android if your controller works fine?

    Atom Controller (Android) (Bluetooth connection)

    Also, you don't have a way to change the setting of the Xbox Adaptive Controller on the cloud gaming with Android devices or Apple devices on the remote play or on the Xbox app.
