    Some badges are missing from profile


    I’ve contacted Xbox costumer service several times about this but they never could give me an answer or a solution for this… And well as I’m a member of the insider program I finally thought why not ask it here to see if it is a common problem (yeah some years late)

    There are some badges that have not yet been added to my profile like the Xbox live gold one, I had a suscription to Xbox Live Gold active when the badges were rolling off and it was never added to my profile while some of my friends of Xbox received it and some other no… is there any way to add the missing badges or a proper way to send a ticket? I remember to have sent a report with a picture of my profile through Xbox but I had no answer.

    From what I understand it takes some time before your profile becomes tagged with this badge. This issue may be best addressed in the Ambassador forums.

    I think you have an awesome idea. Players will be more determined to get that 100% achievement score and they will grind hard.

    Maybe a MVG (Most valuable gamer) badge connected to your profile would also be epic? Like the Xbox Ambassador badge on our profiles and the MVP badge for some

    There isn't a badge for being on Xbox for 12 years and no you are not eligible for any badge. Apologies if you were mistakenly heard from someone you are eligible for a badge on your profile.

    Regarding the Accessibility Badge, you may have missed some tasks, to level up now you just have to wait for new ones to appear, they are added on a regular basis.

    If you click on "View Completed Quests" you can review the ones you completed.

    If you believe you haven't missed it, you can report a bug via the Ambassador's webpage (Handbook).

    As for the Badge display, currently, it's not possible to enable it on our profiles like we can with the Ambassador's Badge.

    For any additional information, I recommend you join the Community Discord, you can find the link on the Ambassador's Dashboard.
