Sombody was in my account and refunded a game to his cc...

about 2 montha ago i purchased pubg and i didnt like it i wanted a refund... i tryed refunding could do nothing but i thought i refunded it... today i notice sombody else waa using my account... and pubg was refunded already but not to mime creditcard but
it was refunded to the guy who was using my account what should i do...?

Regarding m$ having your cc number,my account got hacked about 6 months ago and my cc was used to purchase xbl content.m$ were great,they refunded my money and gave me 1600 m$p for my trouble.I cant fault m$ for the way they deal with fraud.

As for elite.Activision dont deserve to be paid upfront for unannounced DLC,not in a million years!!

Hi this is just a quick question, when my step son lived here until last year, he never have a cc for his account so i used mine and he use to pay me for it, when he moved out we were not on good turns, what want to know is how do i remove my cc from his
account (don't know his gt, do i contact Microsoft or my bank to get it stopped

Any refund that is made is put back onto the payment option that was used to make the purchase with in the first place.

Was the PUBG game purchased with someone elses credit card on your account?

Any purchase history including if an item is refunded can be seen online by signing into your account commerce.microsoft.com You can check there and make sure that your credit card was used when purchasing PUBG and to also make sure that it was refunded.
