    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled.     The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to

    The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive. They do not issue suspensions just because you've been reported a lot of times. They only issue a suspension if they have found that you have done something to violate the code of conduct.
