(solved) Xbox series s not allowing me to connect to xbox live or start any game.

So today i was about to play something on my Xbox series s and when i selected a game it reset my Xbox and now says i have a wired connection when i don't and now whenever i try to start any game it just doesn't do anything.

i tried to restart my xbox but it repeats the same issue and i'm not sure what to do at all right now.

Edit 1: i tried to factory reset my console and even tried to play the games offline and then whenever i start a game, after a few seconds my xbox power button would flicker off and then back on and blink 2 times and then does it one more time and then my xbox restarts itself.

It was working fine two days ago but idk what's going on.

edit 2: it's only xbox series s/x games, regular xbox one games works fine.

edit 3: it was the alpha preview update that was causing this and after i left it my problem was solved

Based on your information that you're part of the Preview of Xbox and update the alpha update. So, it might be a current bug with the alpha preview update and for that to be fixed. I had this exact same issue on Xbox series S,

It was solved by linking my Bethesda account and Xbox account;

This allowed me to open the creators club section on the main menu, then hit Y to download all.

The games are all digitally owned in my library. There are no discs. I had no troubles with this on my original Xbox One that recently broke and required me to buy a new Xbox One S. The emulator I am referring to is the internal emulator that all Xbox
Ones run when playing a 360 Backwards Compatible game. When I install a 360 game and try to run it on my Xbox One S, the game will load HOWEVER I cannot connect to Xbox Live while in the 360 emulator. Due to a recent troubleshooting that suggests uninstalling
the game and clearing 360 cache and profiles, I would need to redownload my xbox live profile for the 360 emulator ON the One S. Since the emulator WON'T connect to Xbox Live, despite my Xbox One S BEING connected to Xbox Live, I cannot download my profile
and therefore cannot play and save my progress. I've tried with multiple games but they all give me the same issue of being "unable to connect to xbox live". I've tried all of the Mass Effect games, the Dragon Age games, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed games,
Banjo-Kazooie, and Fable series of games and NONE of these will allow me to connect to xbox live.

I own the game on the Xbox series x but it won't allow me to connect the game to my profile which is on the Xbox series x and so it does not let me play online, If that makes sense.
