    *SOLVED* Xbox One Controller Connection problem. Wi-Fi Card Problem


    I recently had a problem with a second hand Xbox One. My controller refused to stay connected for more than 5 minutes without disconnecting. I bought a second controller brand new hoping that would solve the problem. It did not. I then hard reset, resync,
    power cycle, full charged battery on remote, even made sure the console was alone with no interference. In the end I diagnosed the problem was the Wireless/Bluetooth WiFi Module PCB Board Card with Antenna cable (When you open the top plastic casing it is
    the small circuit board to the top left of the console. I noticed the wire was damaged, i ordered a new part off eBay but out of curiosity I decided to try and repair it. Seeing as I had nothing to lose I cut out the damaged wire and soldered it back together
    and I am HAPPY to announce that when I powered my console back up the controller connected almost instantly and most importantly STAYED connected. There is still damage to the wire so further repair would have been required if I had not bought a new part already.

    Hope this helps anyone. Heavens know I spent weeks trying to diagnose this problem.

    If your using Wi-Fi there could be problems, connect xbox directly can overcome some problems that Wi-Fi might have and be faster and sercure without problems of buffering.

    Well, my Xbox One is connected into a wall socket directly, wich is 220V.

    I've tried a Ethernet cable, but the Internet keep disconnecting with the controller.

    What can it be? The Wi-Fi card? Can I buy the Wi-Fi card online?
