    some of my already solved jigsaws show status "unsolved" since yesterday evening. Furthermore some 50,000 credit points simply vanished. What to do?

    MICROSOFT JIGSAW

    I uninstalled jigsaw, then re-installed. This solved my problem and all my points and puzzles were restored. Thank You

    microsoft jigsaw - lost all my solved puzzles and point

    Dear Team,

    I had solved quite many puzzles already and had bought some new one and had appr. 15.000 points.

    and today I started the game and continued a open puzzle and after finishing it I saw that all my solved puzzles vanishes and my points went down to 2.500!!

    I submitted a case review and it is completely ignored after 2 weeks and seems to be gone

    I know. But why did the "Under Review" status vanish and why is there no way to submit a new case review?

    Hey there arvyskip.

    Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft Account that you used originally. If the Achievements are no longer there than it sounds like you may be using the incorrect account.

    if it was about a month ago then they should have been deposited. Your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the site should list a deposit date. You can double check for the deposit in your account by checking your returns at
