SOLVED Game clip upload won’t progress past 0% SOLVED

Just to confirm, what Xbox console are you on - Xbox One or Series X|S? Please specify the exact model. What resolution is the clip you’re trying to upload - 720p or 1080p?

Is there any specific error code/message when the clip fails to upload, and do you have sufficient storage space? It should indicate whether the file size/upload limit has been reached for anything.

Where it explains under ‘Upload to the Xbox network from your console’:

You can upload up to 10 GB of captures to the Xbox network. Once you reach those limits, you’ll need to delete existing captures to upload new ones.

Hello CaitlinSechler, the clip that's on your console is too big, it's in 4k or it's small, where would you be trying to upload it to, to OneDrive or to the Xbox App captures?

Another important thing, your console is connected by wi-fi or network cable, if you are on wi-fi switch to the network cable for a better connection.

I’m using the Xbox One, not sure about resolution; I’ll check that when I log in.

As for error messages, there are none. Nothing comes up whatsoever. I attempt to upload and it just sits there. Queued for upload. Frozen at 0%. I deleted all other captures, so there’s plenty of space. Nothing comes up regarding any possible issues.

I’ll check into the resolution, and also about the network which someone suggested previously.

How would I know if a clip is too much? The clip itself is a bit over 6 min. long. I’ve been trying to upload it to the network so I can share it, I also tried to OneDrive, but it never showed up.

I’ll try switching from wi-fi to see if that changes anything.
