    Hey there,

    Yesterday I received a permanent suspension on my Xbox Live account. I appealed it since I have no idea what I could have done and I'm pretty sure that it is a false ban. I checked the enforcement page but it just says Sorry, we can't get notifications right now. Try again later. so there is no way for me to check the status of my appeal.

    Does anyone know why this error message appears and how I can view my enforcement status again?

    To view enforcement action taken against your account go
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/     and sign in. From there you can view what enforcement actions were taken against your account.

    Hey there!

    Unfortunately support can't help with Enforcement issues... but you CAN head over to HERE and view your enforcement actions. You may also have the option
    of appealing your action to the administration.

    Just FYI: Support, Devs, Moderators, etc CAN NOT access you Enforcement Actions or make rulings or appeals. ALL Enforcement actions must be handled through the link I provided.
