[Solved] 2021 COD Warfare say unable to connect xbox live. status CERES

Hi

Iam getting code CERES also, i have Downloded COD Warfare, and it says offline when entered into the game/main menu error message also diaplays saying “communication with the xbox live servers has been interrupted. Status: CERES”

i have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, which hasn’t worked, my xbox is logged into live, i have an active gold membership and can play other games online like GTA V!

i have a load bar in the top right corner on the main menu which says MW installation in progress 0% and when in the main menu the campaign, warzone and COD store all say unavailable!

my guess is that i need to be connected to the servers for this MW download to complete?

i have tried all the normal, like reinstalling, restarting router, checking network connection etc, but as i says xbox live works 100% fine on all other platforms

i run an xbox one

please advise

Looking up this error code, it might be helpful to open the ports on your modem for the game. Have you tried opening the ports for Call of Duty games? You can find information on how to do that at Activision Support.

I found a youtube video that worked I had to empty my reserved space
