    Solution Needed: Laggy and Unplayable Xbox One S


    About a week ago my Xbox One S began acting very laggy. Now I'm at the point where I can't even play a game. When I pull up menus, everything freezes. I have cleared my cache, factory reset, did an offline update, switched cords, and contacted my internet provider. Is there anything else that I can try?
