I lose my subscription to Microsoft games every time I do a clean install on my computer. I reinstall Games but it always wipes out my scores and the ads are back. I've paid for MS games three or four times in the past year, but I have to start over each time. I only play Freecell. How do I get back my subscription when I do a clean install. I don't know my login or password. Is Xbox part of MS Games now? Do I have to go through Xbox? I need detailed instructions for getting the information to get my paid subscription back before I do my next clean install of Windows 10.

I had the same problem, here's what worked for me: Open Microsoft Store, go to your Library and then Games, choose the game you want to play (or the Solitary Collection itself) and press Open/Play, then accept or deny cookies.

The game started for me when I did this and now I can open the Solitary Collection as normal. Hope this helps.
