    Solitare Subscription Annual renewal did not work. Cannot purchase new annual subscription


    My solitaire subscription expired 11/28, and did not auto-renew even though card on file is current. Tried to start another annual subscription through in-game purchase, but it tells me I need to uninstall and re-install from the app-store. I have done
    this three times and it still does not allow me to purchase an annual subscription. Keep getting error message telling me to uninstall and reinstall from app-store.

    Windows 10 operating system on a Dell PC.

    Ads are annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    If your oldest son doesn't need the account with annual subscription , you can turn off the Auto renewal.

    Check the following support page to know how to stop Auto renewal#

    Xbox Game Pass goals

    Hi.

    Microsoft has given me one month Gold subscription for Xbox Live for free, for completing my monthly Xbox Game Pass goals in September. The thing is I already have an annual subscription to Xbox Live, is there anyway I can redeem this item that would be
    of benefit to me?

    For example if I do enter the code given to me will my subscription extend an extra month after my annual renewal to Xbox Live expires?

    The GOLD Annual fee is due on the 3rd of each month, but I can only pay on the 4th. This causes Problems.

    If you cahnge your subscription to annually, then it will renew every year, instead of every month.

    My sign in name iN UnrulySphere341. I have done all I know to do to get advertising OFF my Solitare Collection. I think my misstake was .... I went for some time before I re upped My subscription and when I did I did it montly. I decided to switch to the Annual Subscription and did so. THEN I CANCELLED MY MONTHJY SUBSCRIOTION..

    You can check but I did pay the Annual Subscription quite a few weeks ago and all was fine....UNTIL I CANCELLED MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION!!

    Hopefully you can help me get squared away and have my PREMIUM STATUS REINSTATED!!

    Just from their Xbox store. You can still buy them as prepaid codes.
    I'm talking about did they discontinue the prepaid cards as well because if so the ones made are the last ones

    Yeah, they've only discontinued the ability to buy 12 months of Gold from Xbox themselves. Prepaid codes have not been discontinued.
