Solitaire subscription renewal and ad that will not close

Yesterday my subscription for Microsoft solitaire collection renewed. Today when I went to play, ads came up. The advertisement was a full screen for tune blast. I see no way to exit from this advertisement. There is no way for me to get back to my solitaire. So I guess I have two questions how to get back to my solitaire from this, And how to make sure my subscription is updated.

Hey there! One thing I might recommend with apps that aren't working properly on Windows 10 is to try resetting them from the settings menu on your Windows 10 PC. Here are some steps to help out:

1. Open Settings

2. Go to System > Apps & features

3. Find an app you want to reset, and click on Advanced options

4. Just click the Reset button

From there, you'll be able to load up the app again and then give it another try. Some adds are on rotation, so it might not be there given time.

Most of the ads have a blue bar and then a close button but solitaire and bingo ads don't and these are causing the game to close. Please fix

I am currently experiencing the same issue. I have the Solitaire Collection on my Windows 10 device and the subscription is due. The message tells me to uninstall the app from the MS Store and reinstall. I uninstalled, restarted my computer, and then
installed the Solitaire app again. However, when I got the ad message to "Press here to avoid ads" it gave me the instructions AGAIN to uninstall the app and reinstall. I've done this 4 times and I'm in a cycle I can't break out of. HELP! I really enjoy
this game, but renewing my subscription is turning out to be extremely difficult and frustration!
