Solitaire Premium Status Lost

Same problem here.

The subscription was renewed but the app doesn't recognize the premium status.

I have tried to reinstall the app, restarted the phone and updated the payment method of the subscription.

Nothing had helped so far.

I have the same problem. Tried everything they suggest on the support pages (like reinstalling and restarting). Microsoft Support didn't answer my request. I feel robbed!

Open an Admin-level command prompt or use an Admin-level Powershell window and with Solitaire closed, type
wsreset and hit <Enter> That will reset the Windows Store on your PC and when you launch Solitaire again it should find your premium status
