I have played this game dayli for several years. at august 2. I wasn't able to start the Mahjong part of the play, - have restartet the computer, removed the play and reinstalled - nothing helped. 2 days ago I couldn't the rest of the games. I wont't start. I have asked for help at Xbox, but they couldn't help me. So what next.

When you first logged into Microsoft Solitaire Collection, it created a GamerTag/Username to be associated with the Microsoft Account used when opening Microsoft Solitaire Collection. This is used to track your progress(score, badges, achievements, etc).
This GamerTag is generated randomly and may be changed(1 time for free) if you wish to do so.

Yes, I have tried to uninstall-reinstall the solitaire collection app. I pay for the premium edition. I have downloaded two other games a spider solitaire and solitaire pro but both of them do not work either.

Nothing?

I suppose you can refund my money that I paid for premium edition since it doesn't work.
