    Solitaire keeps crashing after the advert runs....no longer able to play at all!!


    Solitaire has progressively been getting worse and worse!

    Every time I go to play a game, an advert runs and then the whole app crashes. Start the app up again.. And it does exactly the same thing. It's now unplayble.. Not happy

    I ran a Microsoft update and that did not fix it.

    Please help / advise??

    Solitaire keeps crashing after re-installing

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled Solitaire Collection about 10 times now. I tried restarting my PC before and/or after, but Solitaire keeps crashing. What is the problem?

    Keeps crashing right after I choose a game to play, before I can even close the "how to play" tips. I have changed the cache file, run microsoft app troubleshooter, sfc /scannow, checked for updates, drivers and bios, uninstalled and re-installed all with
    no luck. xbox runs fine as well as minesweeper.

    Treasure Hunt crashed on the first two attempts at a Bonus Level, possibly intermittent

    I got two more bonus levels: On the first one, the advert came up as "Cannot Load" with a Play button. Hitting the Play button played the prior advert, and I was able to complete the level. The second level went off without a hitch.

    The advert (MS Solitaire Collection) was the same for all three levels.

    I cant get into my games to play a game. all I get is sign in error and error code 1170000

    Further comment: I was able to access the Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my computer running Windows 8.1. After that I was able to also access the Collection via the computer running Windows 10 since they are wirelessly interconnected. So now I can
    access & play. However my solitaire "game history" for all of September (as well as most August "badges") have not carried over, Badges for July and before ARE available!

    Solitaire Premium is for Solitaire only. You will still get adverts for the other games, such as Treasure Hunt and Minesweeper.
