Solitaire event game time play incorrect

In the latest solitaire event, March 10-11, 2019, i played spider hard one time on March 10 then quit the game. I exited the deck in the game and played other event game. On March 11, I played easy decks then some of the medium and then went to go try
again to finish the spider hard one. Upon finishing it, it sad my play time was over 15 hours. And it isn't the first time this happened.

I'm unsure what game you are talking about. Because the Solitaire Collection just launched Events, it could be that you are playing that, however Bingo also has World items.

For Solitaire, every day is a new Event for this first week, and you will be able to participate in others. Because of these being timed, there is no way that the Events can be extended.

Are you able to post back with what game you are trying to play? We can start from there for our troubleshooting. Thanks!

Same thing happened to me tonight. Played first game of event, at completion of game Solitaire crashed. Tried all the fixes I could find. Multiple uninstalls, reboots, cache flushes. Everything else works but the minute I try to load an event
Solitaire crashes.

Me too. Tried rebooting machine, and uninstalling, then reinstalling MS Solitaire. I can play normal games, and daily challenges, but clicking on that Klondike Event just crashes MS solitaire.
